Lainston House Hotel, part of Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-quality kitchen in Sparsholt. You will lead a section, supervise junior chefs and ensure top standards, with room for growth within Exclusive Hotels and Venues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Ability to supervise junior chefs in a high-quality kitchen.
• Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated kitchen section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
• Manage daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section.
• Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen standards across your area.
• Monitor dish quality, portion control and presentation during service.
• Support ordering, stock rotation and ingredient management.
