Hastings Hotels in Northern Ireland is seeking a reliable Chef de Partie to join our luxury culinary team at Culloden Estate & Spa. You will help run the kitchen and prepare dishes to Hastings standards, delivering exceptional guests experiences.

Qualifications

• Assist in running the kitchen and preparing dishes to Hastings standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintain stock levels and place orders in line with Hastings procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and security policies.
• Train and coach junior kitchen team members for effective service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the kitchen and preparing dishes to Hastings standards.

• Promote a harmonious team environment with respect and dignity.
• Ensure stock control procedures are followed and deliveries checked.
