Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes, while upholding the club’s food philosophy and high standards.

You will demonstrate technical expertise, support training, ensure allergy procedures are followed, and act as a role model to junior staff. The role includes menu support, hygiene compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy periods and events.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, allergy procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Take ownership of mise en place and prep tasks for service.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie to develop skills.
