Job summary

The Teller’s Arms on Castle Street Farnham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a design-led premium pub with 9 bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, and a vibrant dining environment. You will work under the Head Chef, bringing passion for fresh food, and will be integral in delivering high-quality dishes and seasonal menus.

You will be a hands-on chef, capable of contributing to new dishes, maintaining kitchen discipline, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef stepping up
• Demonstrates passion for delivering quality fresh food
• Hands-on leadership in a busy kitchen
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity to help design and deliver new dishes
• Strong planning to manage GP and labour controls
• Proactive in driving sales and kitchen/front-of-house collaboration

Responsibilities

• As the successful Chef de Partie you will champion excellent service through quality food
• Deliver fantastic food consistently
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
• Show willingness to learn, be a team player with excellent communication
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls
