GAUCHO Glasgow is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our fresh food kitchen. You will run a section, support a small team and work to exacting specs in a fast-paced environment.

You must have a real passion for cooking and be organised, reliable and able to communicate clearly with colleagues across the kitchen and service. This role offers opportunities for progression and access to our apprentice scheme, plus corporate benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen.
• Ability to run a section and manage a small team.
