Jazz Cafe in London’s Camden is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section in a fast-paced live music venue kitchen.

You’ll run prep and service, maintain high food standards and work closely with the wider kitchen team to keep shows running smoothly, while upholding excellent hygiene and organisation.

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Confidence running a section during fast-paced service.
