The Piano Works Farringdon is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our live music venues in London. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring service standards and brand integrity during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a busy kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and cuisines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to brand standards.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and keep the kitchen clean.
• Handle prep, mise en place, cooking, plating and station clean-down.
• Support the rest of the kitchen team during service.
