Job summary

The House of KOKO is expanding its Kitchen Brigade and seeks passionate Chef de Partie to join our venue in London. You’ll own your section, work with the Sous and Head Chefs, and deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

We celebrate culture, music and hospitality and are looking for chefs who share our passion for extraordinary experiences, with roles that include late nights and weekends as part of our operational timings.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills and passion for high-quality dishes.
• Attention to detail in every plate and process.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with kitchen staff.
• Good organizational and time management to handle busy services.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute food preparation tasks to standards set by head chef.
• Cook and present dishes using seasonal ingredients with consistency.
• Manage time effectively and stay calm under pressure.
• Oversee the smooth running of your section and coordinate with team.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene per protocols.
• Present finished dishes to the pass and maintain plating quality.
• Support training and onboarding of junior team members.
