Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and cuisines.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce quality dishes to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
• Assist with prep, mise en place, cooking, plating and station clean-down.
• Support the kitchen team during service and help reduce waste.
