Butcombe Group is seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join our busy pubs and inns across the UK. You will manage a designated kitchen section, cook high-quality dishes, and contribute to outstanding guest experiences in picturesque locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction.
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to exceed guest expectations.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service and stepping up when required.
• Managing portion control, stock rotation and minimising waste to support gross profit targets.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
• Assisting with stock management, ordering and kitchen documentation.
