Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen teams across our stunning UK pubs and inns. You’ll take ownership of a designated section, cook fresh dishes to specification, and help drive dish quality, speed, and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong focus on food hygiene, safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction.
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation and speed of service to exceed guest expectations.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service to ensure seamless operation.
• Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation and waste minimisation.
