Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our prestigious golf and country club kitchen. You will work with the Head and Sous Chef to uphold high standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include food safety, maintaining cleanliness, stock management, waste minimisation, and supporting training and improvements. The role offers opportunities across our expanding group and benefits that support wellbeing and career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections and ensure cleanliness of prep areas.
• Prepare and serve food to specification; supervise staff and manage stock.
• Minimise waste and contribute to departmental goals; assist during busy periods.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
