Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at one of our premium golf and country clubs in the UK. You will work with the Head/Sous Chef to uphold high standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee food safety, maintain health and safety compliance, and ensure cleanliness across all kitchen sections. This role offers opportunities for training, development, and advancement within our expanding group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance across the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections and ensure cleanliness in food prep areas.
• Prepare and serve dishes to specification, supervise staff, and manage stock while minimising waste.
• Contribute to departmental goals and assist during busy periods; participate in training and continuous improvement.
