Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations and plate to the highest standards, while embracing the Soho House training and culture.

You’ll work in a busy, high-profile venue with opportunities for personal and professional growth, team events, and extensive internal training programs, including Health & Wellbeing benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines.
• Ensuring mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Attend regular team meetings and tastings.
• Support junior team members with guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in team meals and consider dietary needs.
• Proactive learning, improvement and teamwork.
• Assist with kitchen deep cleaning before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.

Education

NVQ Level 1 or 2 (culinary)
