Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• The ability to work well within a team
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
