Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts New Zealand is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and create exceptional dishes for our guests. In this role, you will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

We're looking for CDP to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all‑encapsulating experience to our guests.

As a Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

• Salary: £34,000/annum + Service Charge
• Working hours: 50 hrs weekly

Chef de partie will have:

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast‑paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• The ability to work well within a team
• The ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure
