Daly's Wine Bar & Beer Hall in central London is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef and help deliver high-quality dishes with flair, contributing to daily specials and new menus in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.
• Maintain strong planning and organisation to control GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
