• Fast-Paced experience in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with leadership in kitchen operations.
• Assist Head Chef with menu delivery and daily specials.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and GP/labour efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to drive guest satisfaction.
