You will join Young's Pubs as a Chef de Partie, bringing passion for high-quality, fresh dishes and a hands-on approach in a busy kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to create menu ideas, while mentoring teammates and maintaining standards.

Ideal candidates are experienced or ready to progress from Commis Chef, with a proactive attitude, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset that contributes to a welcoming hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef ready to step up.
• A passion for high-quality, fresh food and hospitality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality food with pride and care.
• Lead by example and support colleagues in the kitchen.
• Learn and take on new responsibilities as you grow in the role.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop dishes and seasonal menus.
• Maintain effective food, GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and support business growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
