The Case Is Altered in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver high quality, fresh dishes and support daily menu execution in a welcoming environment.

We value hands-on leadership, creativity, and a proactive approach to cost control and maintaining GP. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef looking to step up is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food consistently.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
• Willingness to learn new skills; strong team player with good communication
• Creativity to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
• Good planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour
