Bear, Oxshott is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Pub team in Leatherhead. You’ll work in a welcoming, family‑like environment and contribute to fresh, quality dishes with a hands‑on approach.

Qualifications

• We require a passionate Chef de Partie with a commitment to quality food and friendly service.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and support the kitchen team.
• Ability to design and contribute to new dishes and daily specials.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain effective GP and labour controls while delivering excellent service.
• Demonstrate creativity and strong communication within kitchen and front of house.
