Job summary

Bulls Head in Barnes is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our bustling pub and restaurant team. You'll work alongside the Head Chef to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes and maintain high kitchen standards in a welcoming, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef seeking progression.
• Passion for producing high-quality fresh food.
• Willingness to learn and be a hands-on supervisor with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes to high standards.
• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials.
• Maintain kitchen organisation and GP/labour controls.
• Collaborate with front of house for guest experience.
