Job summary

The Bull Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie for part-time shifts of 16–20 hours per week. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong progression to that role.
• Commitment to delivering quality fresh food.
• Good communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooking station and assist Head Chef with menu execution.
• Prepare dishes to specification with focus on quality and consistency.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and portion control.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
• Help design and deliver new daily specials and menus.
• Ensure controls on GP and labour through planning and organization.
