The Bull Bracknell is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our family-friendly pub kitchen in Bracknell. You will prepare premium British seasonal dishes, support the Head Chef, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with strong communication.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls.
• Pro-actively drive sales and growth with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
