Job summary

JW Lees & Co. are looking for a kitchen team member with a passion for cooking with fresh food, to join our busy kitchen in the North West. You will work with colleagues to maintain high standards and consistency.

You will manage and rotate stock, oversee your section, and stay conscious of Health & Safety to help us achieve 5 Scores on the doors. Proudly family owned and nearly 200 years old, we offer training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Consciousness of Health & Safety in the kitchen and aim for high hygiene scores.
• Ability to manage and rotate stock and oversee your section.
