JW Lees is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team in a busy kitchen. You will work with fresh ingredients to deliver high-quality dishes, contribute to a smooth kitchen operation, and maintain strong Health & Safety practices.

• Manage and rotate stock, oversee your section, and assist with ordering.
