Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. You will cook with fresh ingredients, maintain quality and help drive 5* kitchen standards across JW Lees venues in the region.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to manage stock, rotate duties, and grow your culinary skills within a supportive environment.

• Eye for detail and consistency; works well in a team.
• Be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen; help achieve 5* Scores on the doors.
