Job summary

Young's is seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef with a passion for quality fresh food in our village pub. You will work alongside the Head Chef, contribute to menu design, and help maintain kitchen GP and labour efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor with leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and communicate effectively in a team.
• Ability to collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour.
• Proactive in driving sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
