You will join a professional kitchen brigade, preparing and presenting dishes for daily service and special events, with a focus on quality and consistency.

The role requires cooking across all sections, strong hygiene practices and a passion for hospitality. Accommodation is not provided; candidates must commute to the Wotton-under-Edge area daily.

Qualifikationen

• We require a proven ability to work as Chef de Partie or similar.
• Experience in hotel, events or conference venues preferred.
• Positive attitude with genuine interest in food and hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to ensure flawless service.
• Work across kitchen sections and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu execution for weddings and events.
• Commit to 40 hours per week across 5 days including evenings/weekends.
