Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious training and events venue set in the Wotton under Edge area of the Gloucestershire countryside, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for a range of events, including weddings and corporate functions, with a 40-hour week over five days, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as Commis/Demi Chef in hotels/events is required.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is essential.
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to ensure flawless service.
• Work in all kitchen sections with a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
• Support events from weddings to corporate functions with professionalism.
