Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is assisting a luxury Devon hotel in its search for a Chef de Partie. You will join a fine dining kitchen, preparing exquisite dishes and supporting a second on-site restaurant and pub when required. A strong focus on technique, consistency and local ingredients is essential.

You will mentor junior chefs and contribute to maintaining top hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
