Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a beautiful country house hotel near Dorking, Surrey, to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join their passionate kitchen brigade. You will run your section, prepare, cook and plate dishes to high standards, and support the Head Chef to maintain consistency during busy service.

This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, free parking and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a section and work as part of a brigade.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards.

• Run your section and deliver consistently outstanding dishes.
• Prepare, cook and present food to high standards.
• Assist Head Chef and maintain smooth service during busy periods.
