You will prepare and deliver high-quality dishes for the restaurant, weddings and private events, working with seasonal, locally sourced produce while maintaining top standards of food safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Experience within hotels, restaurants or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong food preparation, organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for quality food and excellent guest service.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
