De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton Under Edge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy hotel kitchen. You’ll own a section, prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard, and support junior chefs to develop their skills while ensuring service runs smoothly.

This full-time role covers varied dining experiences across breakfast, conferences, weddings, and events. Expect a weekly rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays with a comprehensive benefits package and career

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Capable of running your own section during service.
• Organised and able to work calmly when busy.

Responsibilities

• Own a section, prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard.
• Support Commis and Demi Chefs to develop their skills.
• Ensure service runs smoothly and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work with brigade to keep section organised for service.
