Job summary

The White Hart, Stockbridge invites aspiring chefs to join its Chef Apprenticeship, designed to learn and earn in a busy pub kitchen across the South of England. You'll train across all aspects of food preparation while gaining real kitchen experience under seasoned Head Chefs.

You'll work four days a week, study one day per week at a partner college, and be paid £10 per hour with tips and service charge. 28 days holiday and access to discounted benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Determination and a proactive attitude are essential.
• 2 years relevant experience or equivalent demonstrable skill set.
• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study 1 day per week at a partner College.
• Work 4 days per week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels.
• Be mentored by Head Chefs and gain hands-on kitchen experience.
