The Wykeham Arms in Winchester offers a Fuller’s Chef Apprentice programme. You’ll train across all aspects of food prep while studying at college partners, earning while you learn and developing a passion for local produce.

You’ll work four days a week in Fuller’s kitchens, with one college day each week, supported by Head Chefs and a mentor. The programme sets you up for a successful culinary career with full induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ).
• 2 years relevant experience.
