Job summary

The White Hart, Stockbridge is offering a Chef Apprenticeship through Fuller’s Chefs' Guild. You’ll study one day per week at a partner college, while gaining hands-on experience in a busy kitchen and working four days per week under a Head Chef.

Earn £10 per hour with the potential to increase through tips and service charge; enjoy 28 days holiday and access to My Fuller’s benefits as you develop your craft in the South of England kitchens.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ)
• 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Study 1 day per week at partner Colleges.
• Work 4 days per week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels.
• Be mentored by one of our Head Chefs.
