Fuller's is seeking a Chef Apprentice to learn all aspects of food preparation while gaining hands-on experience in busy kitchens across the South of England. You will study one day per week at a college partner and be paid throughout the apprenticeship.

You will be mentored by Head Chefs, work four days a week in pubs or hotels, and enjoy My Fuller's benefits, staff discounts and career progression opportunities toward roles like General Manager or Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ).
• 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Work in Fuller's kitchens across the South of England under mentorship.
