Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a chic townhouse hotel in Wick and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

You will work under the Head & Sous chefs, running and maintaining your section and preparing dishes using the very best locally sourced ingredients. The role offers paid overtime and a supportive kitchen team in a boutique setting.

What’s involved?

A Chef de Partie is required to join and make up a skilled team of 5. The position would suit a Chef de Partie with an appetite for using the very best & freshest locally sourced ingredients. Working under the direction of the Head & Sous chef you will be trained to run & maintain your section as well as be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
