Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel in Ballater to recruit a Chef de Partie. The role offers a £35,000 salary on a 48-hour contract with overtime paid, plus shared tips and excellent staff benefits.

You will work with an accomplished team in fine dining and banquet services, learning all aspects of high-end kitchen operations from senior chefs and developing toward senior chef roles within a supportive environment.
