Job summary

SSP Group plc at Bristol Airport is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced cabin bar team. Pay is £15.60 per hour, with a night incentive of £1.50 per hour, bringing it to £17.10/hour.

You’ll also earn extra service charges and work 11am–11pm, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays, with no split shifts. Qualifications

• You must have 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check.
• Hands-on chef who can rally a kitchen and lead by example.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older for certain tasks/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen in a high-volume setting.
• Assist with administration for the kitchen including hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards and deliver excellence in every dish.
• At least one year of experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.

CHEF DE PARTIE - CABIN BAR, BRISTOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £17.10 per hour.

You will also receive additional service charge!
