Job summary

SSP is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for Monty’s Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport. The role offers a base pay of £13.43 per hour, with a-night shift uplift of £1.20 per hour turning it into £14.63 when working midnight to 6am, plus tips and service charges.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurate cooking and presentation to spec.
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Keep workstation clean and organised.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Pay Rate: £13.43 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.63 per hour.
