Job summary

Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen teams. You will be a valued member of the Brigade, responsible for organising, co-ordinating and delivering service in one or more sections to our high standards.

You will lead by example, nurture and develop junior team members, and help maintain spotless working environments. This role offers opportunities to grow within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen culture.

• Able to work well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications
