Job summary

Park Plaza County Hall London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will prepare, produce, and present high-quality meals while maintaining rigorous standards in portioning and plating.

The ideal candidate has prior Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie experience, a passion for great food, and strong teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
