Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie to lead in our high-volume events kitchen. You will prepare, produce and present meals for large conferences and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for our Banqueting Chef de Partie, who:

• Has proven professional kitchen experience, expertise in volume food production, mass event timing, plated service, HACCP compliance, and the ability to supervise junior chefs

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume Meetings and Events Kitchen
