Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Room Service Demi Chef de Partie to prepare, produce and present high-quality in-room dining meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You will join a busy team delivering exceptional guest experiences from our Room Service operation.

In this role you will work closely with room service colleagues to ensure timely orders, maintain mise en place across shifts and uphold Park Plaza standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume In-Room Dining kitchen.
• Ability to prepare and present meals to room service standards.
• Excellent time management to meet delivery timelines.
• Works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms with very busy Room Service operations.

As our Room Service Demi Chef de Partie, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.89 per hour plus generous Tronc (Up to £16 per hour inclusive of Tronc)

• Support in mise en place preparation for all shifts
• Assist in managing busy service periods efficiently

• Have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume In-Room Dining Kitchen
