Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie to join its busy team. You will prepare, produce and present meals for guests, delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen and supervising junior chefs for large events in our meetings and conferences spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven professional kitchen experience in high-volume events.
• Experience in mass event timing and plated service.
• HACCP compliance and food safety.

We are looking for our Banqueting Chef de Partie, who:

• Has proven professional kitchen experience, expertise in volume food production, mass event timing, plated service, HACCP compliance, and the ability to supervise junior chefs

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume Meetings and Events Kitchen
