Job summary

Park Plaza in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will prepare, produce and present memorable meals, focusing on breakfast service for around 600 covers daily and leading a small team of two.

The ideal candidate is passionate about quality and standards, with prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef and a collaborative approach with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Junior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. This role will be looking after the breakfast operation in a busy hotel averaging 600 covers a day and leading a team of 2.
