• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to the hotel's established standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent food.
• Take responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation and service for the fine dining restaurant and private functions.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Ensure ingredients are stored, prepared and handled correctly.
• Support the smooth running of kitchen services, particularly during busy periods.
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
