Hospitality & Catering Solutions is recruiting for a skilled Chef de Partie for a brand-new Soho restaurant opening specialising in modern European cuisine. You will work under an award-winning Head Chef in a state-of-the-art kitchen serving up to 60 guests, with lunch and dinner service and latest finish at 11pm.

The role demands a minimum of three years in professional kitchens, ideally at reputable restaurants, hotels, or premium-casual venues.

Our client is opening a stunning new restaurant in the heart of Soho, specialising in modern European cuisine delivered in a premiumâ€‐casual setting. The concept blends refined cooking with a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere, showcasing exceptional produce and thoughtful culinary craftsmanship. The operation will feature a brandâ€‐new, stateâ€‐ofâ€‐theâ€‐art kitchen and accommodate up to 60 guests at any one time. Service standards are set high, supported by a dedicated and experienced management team who are committed to creating a wellâ€‐structured, positive environment where the team can thrive and the restaurant can grow with confidence.

• A 5 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station
• Paid every 4 weeks, 13 times per year.
• Working in a new opening, stunning kitchen and restaurant operation!
• Latest finish is 11pm
• Average covers 20 for lunch 60 dinner
